Private sessions are available to those interested in deepening their meditation and/or yoga practice. We will address any conditions, issues, poses, and alignment specifically to what is needed in your unique, beautiful body. Our sessions will focus on what you would like and will shift as you do. Some focus of interest may include recovering from an injury, managing stress, strengthening, flexibility, balance, breath, or all of the above.
Conscious breathing is an integral part of our practice and may become a prescription. Who knows, it may become an integral part of your life.
One-on-One sessions are available in person, as well as Skype. Private sessions are on a sliding scale basis, which means you pay what you feel is appropriate. I am willing to trade my skills as well. Make me offer and lets work something out.
